Booking Your Day
Most of Drivers Dream Days events are operated from March to November. Your event must be booked, and the event taken before the expiry date of your voucher. The booking office is open all year for bookings and we advise you to make your booking at least 8- 12 weeks before your event to avoid disappointment. Very rarely car/event changes may be made, and we reserve the right to do so. This may involve having to reschedule the cars/timing and /or location of experience, sometimes at short notice, due to availability, booking numbers, safety, technical problems or other factors beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for any personal costs incurred in any of these circumstances. You are advised not to make travel, hotel or other arrangements until your booking has been confirmed in writing. We will try to provide an experience, location or suitable alternative wherever possible. In the unlikely event that an alternative cannot or is not offered, a full refund will be available at the discretion of Drivers Dream Days. Similarly, we reserve the right to withdraw the supply of an event without notice due to unavailability or discontinuance of a product line. Once you have booked your date, we will reserve your car, instructor and circuit time. If you then choose to cancel, you will be in breach of contract and Drivers Dream Days reserve the right to retain all monies paid. (please see below Flexible Cancellation). You are advised not to make travel, hotel or other arrangements until your booking has been made in writing. Should any alterations have to then take place due to reasons beyond our control we shall not be held liable for any expenses incurred. Optional Extras:
Collision Damage Waiver
All our experiences involve some element of risk and danger and every customer is covered by our standard public liability insurance. You may wish to take out additional cover over and above that which is provided. Accordingly, you are advised to consider insurance cover for personal accidents, loss of limb and even death or indemnity cover for damage caused to any vehicles during your event before embarking on your experience. Drivers Dream Days is not responsible for any risks not specifically covered by its own insurance and on arrival at your venue for a Drivers Dream Days experience you will be asked to sign a driver’s indemnity. Without signing this indemnity, you will not be able to take part.
At Drivers Dream Days, customers are not required to have motor insurance to drive our cars because they are on a private circuit. As the cars are therefore not insured for accidental damage, should a customer cause damage to our car/s that is their fault, they will be liable to pay for the first £5,000 of the damage caused. To avoid this we offer the option to pay for an accidental damage waiver (CDW) when making the booking. This is an extra cost per participant (there is a small surcharge for premium tracks which you will be advised of when making your booking).
It is advised that participants purchase a waiver indemnity (CDW) that will be offered when you make the booking. This is at extra cost (per participant) (there is a small surcharge for premium tracks which you will be advised about when making your booking). The statement reads “Drivers Dream Days has agreed that should there be any damage whatsoever to any of the vehicles I drive today I will not have to pay the first £5,000 of damage as previously stated on the signing-in sheet for my experience. The damage waiver is void if I am found to be driving negligently/dangerously. I confirm that I am not suffering from any illness or disability whether permanent or temporary which will affect my control of the vehicles being driven or instruction being taken. I confirm I hold a valid UK/International driving licence, or I am under 18 years of age with parental/guardian consent”.
